This day conference will include a series of talks including:

Richard Knox "Bosworth 1485 - A battlefield lost and found"
Professor Simon James "Death in the dark, blood in the streets: Siege fighting and 'chemical warfare' at Dura-Europos, Syria, c.  AD256"
Dr Dave Kenyon and Andrew Robertshaw of Battlefield Partnerships, who have recently been in the media with their programme "Trench Detectives" will be talking about their work in Battlefield Archaeology
Nick Marshall an experienced re-enactor will be showing how artefacts are used to aid the re-enactment groups, from weapons to battles.
The day concludes with a tour of the Bosworth Heritage Museum.  There will be refreshments on arrival and lunches can be booked for a small fee.  There will be books for sale at the conference written by the speakers as well as CBA publications.  Booking is essential ( download form , pdf, 166KB).
